Ace (エース, Ēsu?) is a character in Bravely Default: Fairy's Effect. He is the brother of Liz.

Ace is a young man with short, wild, brown hair and brown eyes. He wears a black shirt with armor on his left shoulder held on by a black strap. he has a tan cloth that hangs down in the back and front. He has dark gray pants, two black belts around his waist, and knee-high armored boots. he carries a large sheath and sword on his left side.

Ace, Liz and the protagonist are approached by Leigh Cook, who proclaims that they should surrender themselves since the water vestal has perished and the last Crystal has stopped functioning. Ace continues to resist and gets shot in the process, urging his sister and the protagonist to run.
