Aeroja in Bravely Default.
Aeroja (エアロジャ, Earoja?) is a recurring wind-elemental spell in the Bravely series. When it appears, it is the fourth and highest tier of the wind-elemental spells available to players in each installment.
Unlike its predecessors, Aeroja is not part of White Magic skillset. Rather, it can only be learned by battling the Sin Beast Lucifer from Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of Light.
Appearances[]
Bravely Default[]
Aeroja is a genome ability, part of the Vampirism command, learned from the Nemesis Lucifer by getting hit with its use of it. It deals a tremendous amount of wind damage to all targets. It costs 99 MP to use. Like its fellow -ja spells, and unlike genome abilities besides them, it deals magical damage rather than physical damage and does not show up in the list of genome abilities in D's Journal.
Bravely Second: End Layer[]
Aeroja is a level 7 Diabolism spell. It deals a tremendous amount of wind damage to all targets and cannot be reflected. It costs 99 MP to use. It can only be used after defeating the Sin Beast Lucifer, found at the obelisk in the Eternia region, who uses the spell in battle.

Etymology[]
Aero is a Greek prefix relating to air and flight. Common usages in modern times include the words "aeroplane" and "aerospace."
The "-ja" suffix denotes it is the level four form of the base Aero spell.
Aeroja originates from the Final Fantasy series of games, being introduced in Final Fantasy XII as a powerful wind-elemental enemy spell. It has since appeared in several titles as a stronger version of the recurring Aero spell, often being usable by summoned creatures or by Black Mages.
