Benediction (ベネディクション, Benedikushon?) is a is a Holy Magic spell in Bravely Second: End Layer. It is the third spell in the Holy Magic skillset's percentage-based HP-restoring line, after Vivify, and it is a level 5 Holy Magic spell. Benediction restores up to 100% of the maximum HP of a single target and can be group-cast, restoring up to 40% of the maximum HP of each party member. It costs 24 MP to use. It can be purchased in Florem and Chompshire for 3200 pg.

Benediction means the act of giving a good word or blessing, which this spell is doing by blessing its target or targets with restoration of their HP.
Benediction is the name of a powerful White Mage ability in the Final Fantasy series, introduced as a special job ability in Final Fantasy XIV that, just as the spell does in Bravely Second: End Layer, restores a single target to full HP.
