Lily McGranate is the Ranger Asterisk holder in Bravely Default II. A resident of Wiswald and the wife of the city's leader Roddy, she is also an old friend of Elvis.

As a Ranger, Lily wears a green dress containing a quiver for her arrows, and she also wears a black cap with a net veil. Without her Asterisk, she wears the typical white robes of Wiswald.

As the Hunter Asterisk holder, Lily wields the Wildwood Bow and performs several powerful archery-based abilities from the Hunting skillset, being able to paralyse foes with Shadowbind, perform multiple attacks in one action with Quickfire Flurry, and hit the heroes for weakness-exploiting damage with Humanoid Slayer.
When faced in the seventh Hall of Tribulation, Lily uses all of the same Hunting skills and adds in Grand Barrage, which guarantees multiple hits on all targets.
Companion[]
Lily accompanies the heroes after being defeated for the remainder of chapter 2, serving in that role simultaneously with Roddy and Galahad for part of the time. Lily attacks with normal shots from her Wildwood Bow, can also perform stronger attacks with Sharpshoot, and she has useful utility in being able to paralyse foes with Shadowbind.
Etymology[]
Lily's name comes from the lily flower. Lilies often are a symbol for femininity, love, purity and grief, which might be in reference for her role in the story.
Her last name, McGranate, is shared with her husband Roddy McGranate, which is in reference to the Red Mage's pomegranate theme.
