A Party Chat involving Tiz and Agnès.
Party Chat is a feature in Bravely Default and Bravely Second: End Layer, wherein the party makes conversation while on their journey. They are optional, and made similar to the Active Time Events of Final Fantasy IX.
Party Chat usually follows after larger cinematics, when the player acquires new options, or falls into a trap. They are available when the "Party Chat" message appears, and are activated with the Y button. Party Chats are archived in the game's respective journal where they can be viewed again.

Party Chats can be viewed again in D's Journal. The primary party members are Tiz Arrior, Agnès Oblige, Ringabel, and Edea Lee, with some appearances by Airy, Datz Strongberry, and Zatz Mightee.
Bravely Second: End Layer[]
Party Chats can be viewed again in Yew's Diary. The primary party members are Yew Geneolgia, Edea Lee, Magnolia Arch, and Tiz Arrior, with some appearances by Janne Angard, Nikolai Nikolanikov, and Rifa. Unlike the first game, characters who aren't in the main party will have static portraits.
