The Spiritmaster is a job in Bravely Default. It is obtained after defeating Victoria F. Stein and Victor S. Court at Eternian Central Command.

The Spiritmaster excels in support, either boosting elemental resistance, rendering allies immune to status ailments or elements, and increasing Magic Defense. They have an S rank in MP and Mind as well as an A rank in Intelligence, allowing for more potent spellcasting. They can also enhance elemental attacks so they cause more damage for a short time. As with White Mages, they have an S rank in Staves.

Auto-Shell 2 1 slot Invoke Shell on yourself for ten turns at the start of battle.
M.Defense 20% Up 3 2 slots Raise Magic Defense by 20%.
Fairy's Aid 4 1 BP Boost the target's elemental attacks to deal 1.5 times normal damage for five turns.
Convert BP 5 25% MP Sacrifice 25% of your maximum MP to raise your BP by two.
Save WM MP 6 2 slots Lower the MP cost of white magic by 25%.
Adaptation 7 32 MP The selected ally absorbs all elemental damage for four turns.
Stillness 8 2 BP Damage to all allies and enemies will be nullified for two turns.
Holy One 9 2 slots Lower Physical Attack by 25%, but boost the effectiveness of recovery magic by 2.5 times.
Greater Spirit Ward 10 2 BP All elemental damage to all allies is halved for four turns.
Fairy Ward 11 2 BP Render all allies immune to poison, blind, silence, sleep, paralyze, dread, berserk, confuse, charm, doom, death, and stop for five turns.
Moderation 12 2 BP For all allies and enemies with 1 BP or more, reduce BP by 1, and for those with -1 BP or less, raise BP by 1.
Enigma 13 3 BP Nullify all elemental damage taken by all allies for four turns.
Maximize HP 14 3 slots Maximum HP doubles only during battle.

While having no direct translation into English, the job's Japanese name of (導師, Dōshi?) has various meanings, often including officiating priests or high priests commonly found in the Buddhist faith.
