Teleport in Bravely Default
Teleport (テレポ, Terepo?, lit. Telepo) is a level 2 Time Magic spell in Bravely Default. It allows the party to escape from dungeons and battles, though it does not work in certain battles and areas. It costs 20 MP to use. It can be purchased in Florem for 400 pg.
Outside of battle, its effect is identical to that of the Teleport Stone item.
Etymology[]
Teleportation, or Teletransportation, is the theoretical transfer of matter or energy from one point to another without traversing the physical space between them.
Teleport is a spell orientating from the Final Fantasy series. It was introduced in the original Final Fantasy, which returned players to the previous floor of a dungeon. Teleport was first able to both warp players out of dungeons and cause a successful escape from battle in Final Fantasy IV, where it was a White Magic spell. It returned as a Time Magic spell with the same effect in Final Fantasy V.
