The Valkyrie (ヴァルキリー, Varukirī?) is an asterisk that appears in Bravely Second: End Layer. It is obtained after defeating Einheria Venus.

The Valkyrie focuses on consuming BP to deal high damage, while using MP to prevent damage. Due to the nature of their Acrobatics abilities they may last longer than other characters, gaining increased stats due to their innate ability Soul Mates.

Equipping spears is a must for this job, since many of their abilities deal more damage with a spear. There are several ways remedy the BP cost of the Valkyrie's abilities. A notable combination involves using the Ranger as a sub-job with the Red Mage skill BP recovery equipped: players can use the Ranger's Berserk to inflict Berserk, thus netting an extra BP and an attack boost. Players will need to have a teammate with Esuna or Innocence to get the best use out of this strategy though.
